Withdrawal options
Option 1 - Online withdrawal:
You can cancel your contract directly online. To do so, please fill out the Online Withdrawal form below and submit your cancellation notice by clicking the 'Confirm withdrawal' button.
After submitting the form, we will automatically send you an acknowledgment of receipt via email.
Option 2 - Withdrawal via e-mail, fax, or letter:
Alternatively, you may declare your withdrawal via email, fax, or letter.

Online withdrawal form
You can use this form to withdraw from the contract for an entire order or for individual items within an order. You are not required to provide a reason.
All fields not marked as optional are required fields.
